Penetrating sealers often last five years or more. Film sealers in traffic lanes usually want a refresh every two to three years.
Will sealing darken my concrete?
Film sealers deepen the colour slightly, a bit like wetting the slab. Penetrating sealers leave the tone almost unchanged.
